A little background...

Two Forks Catering began in 1999 in Katy, Texas.  At the time, we were busy with two restaurants in the Houston-area - and were working on expanding to additional locations.  We are family-owned and community-oriented and couldn’t say “no” when our guests asked us to add off-site catering to the mix.  

 

Now, 25 years later, we have evolved into an award-winning catering and hospitality company, specializing in weddings, social events and corporate events.  We cater a few hundred weddings each year as well as horse shows and hospital groundbreakings, elegant retirement dinners and gala fundraisers for more than 1500 guests.  

 

While we have come a long way in 25 years, we are still family-owned and community-oriented.  We owe our success to the brides and grooms, committee co-chairs, and corporate event planners who continue to turn to us to execute the events of their dreams.

Jeff & Susan Smith

Susan and Jeff Smith met while working in Austin-area restaurants in college.  They married and moved to Houston to pursue their careers.  In 1995, they bought their first restaurant and a couple of years later, quit their day jobs. Now, 30 years later, they have grown a company to include restaurants, a catering company and wedding venues.  Their proudest accomplishment is raising three great kids and now grandparenting 5 grandkids.
