Service Details
All food, staff, equipment, buffet setup and service, cleaning and clearing and taking care of guests’ needs are included in our PACKAGE pricing as well as heavy acrylic disposable plateware and heavy disposable cutlery.
To add china (either solid white or gold rimmed), stainless flatware and linen napkins, +$7 pp
Seated service (tableside), +$6 pp
All PACKAGE pricing is subject to 20% service fee and sales tax.
Two Forks requires a minimum spend of 75 guests for staffed catered events.
A non-refundable deposit is due to hold the date. Clients will be invoiced for partial payments, with the balance due the week prior to the event date.
Beverage service may be added for an additional $5 per person for ice, cups, sodas, lemonade and iced tea.
